The Only Constant is Change
“The Only Constant is Change” is the only concept that I want to educate the team these days.
It won’t work in a sudden, today or tomorrow, if you don’t change the way of doing things.
Though putting so much effort on instilling the concept of change, it seems that they don’t give a damn about it. Well…it’s expected, but not accepted. Gonna find a new way out of the current dilemma.
There is always a trade-off for every decision, even the decision is to keep the as-is state.
Anyway, don’t risk you future on the current stability.
