一個學生放左學問我關於工作的問題, 節錄如下:
學生:如果將興趣變成工作, 會唔會好痛苦?
我: 如果你對你的工作一D興趣都冇, 你會仲痛苦.
學生: 我下個星期要見工, 覺得好大壓力. 唔知個老闆會唔會唔要我
我:佢揀你時, 你揀佢. 或者你到時見完工唔想做.
學生: 其實我唔洗搵好多, 夠食夠住就得O架喇.
我: 人工只係hygiene factor, 工作仲有好多野. 仲有,你搵到一萬就想搵萬五, 搵到兩萬就想要三萬.始終錢係無人嫌多.
學生:我幾時先可以好似你而家咁
我: …. …. 好多野都係我睇你好,你睇我好. 雖然我唔知你覺得我有乜野好.

看著一個又一個好同事的離職, 心裡有點百感交集.
不過看見每一個的前程都陽光普照, 真係好替佢地開心.
希望將來又會遇上.

Tonite, I was invited by a friend to join a social gathering (well, not quite a typical networking event, but a group of volunteers working together aiming to service the association & promote something valuable to the public…sounds serious, rite?!)
well…still not yet get used to chit-chat with the strangers, so I guess people will think I’m pretty shy and quiet… haha 
But it’s so nice for me to meet my previous professor again.
There is something have come to my mind tonite. In the past, many people comment that “It’s not what you know, but who you know”
But what I think is that “It’s not who you know, but who know you”.
