Stress Management
A few friends, even my parents, come to me telling me “To Relax”, “Take it Easy”, “Don’t worry so much”… etc these days.
My body also alerts me about my stress from many different signs… …
including the pain of my shoulder, headache, even nightmare … etc
Perhaps, I really have given myself too much pressure.
