Keep Smiling : )
Today, I have interviewed a candidate who is likely to be my colleague in a near future because both my boss and colleague like her performance pretty much.
In fact, I like her too, particularly for one attribute - she keeps smiling all the way during the interview!!!
Well… … perhaps that’s the one important attribute that i am not currently possessing while I need to have.
For the past few years, there are so many people who have suggested me for so many times that I should always keep smiling. They commented that I’m so cool and look so serious in most of the time when working and holding meetings.
Well… …my friends know me so well that I always smile and laugh during the gathering…but at work…it seems that I lose that instinct…how come!!! ><
Hmmm…..I’ll put this in my daily agenda!!!
